REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY


 
 

Booking Your Workshop

Bookings are payable by credit card or etransfer on a first come first served basis. If you are unable to pay by credit card online please contact us. The full fee is due upon registration. Our classes are designed for adults, minimum 18 years of age or older unless otherwise posted. Sorry, we are a working farm and our facilities are not suitable for children or pets.

Cancellations and Refunds for our regular workshops:

If you must cancel your booking at any time prior to the scheduled date of your workshop we will make every effort to try to find a replacement from our waiting list. If we are able to rebook your space from our waiting list you will receive a refund less a $25 administration fee. If we are unable to rebook your space the following policies apply to cancellations prior to your workshop: 

  • ONE MONTH OR MORE: We offer a refund less a $25 admin fee.

  • UP TO TWO WEEKS: Because materials will be prepared for your project well in advance of the workshop and we market the classes in advance, cancellations from 14 to 30 days prior to the class will receive a 50% refund.

  • LESS THAN TWO WEEKS: The fee is non-refundable.

  • IF YOUR WORKSHOP IS CANCELLED BY MADAME TWIG: In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule your class we will notify you by email and send you 100% refund.

Cancellations and Refunds for private workshops

We are pleased to arrange classes for private groups of 6-8 participants for a flat fee, please contact us for pricing and details. Private workshop fees are due at the time of booking. Limited Availability

Since the class is private individual spaces are transferable but non-refundable. If the entire group choose to cancel the workshop the following policies apply:

  • ONE MONTH OR MORE: We offer a refund less a $50 admin fee.

  • UP TO TWO WEEKS: Because materials will be prepared for your project well in advance of the workshop cancellations from 14 to 30 days prior to the class will receive a 50% refund.

  • LESS THAN TWO WEEKS: The fee is non-refundable.

  • IF YOUR WORKSHOP IS CANCELLED BY MADAME TWIG: In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule your class we will notify you by email and send you 100% refund.

Cancellations for workshops taught by guest instructors

Workshops booked with guest instructors are non-refundable unless we can re-book your space, in which case we offer a refund less a $25 administration fee. 

  • IF YOUR WORKSHOP IS CANCELLED BY MADAME TWIG: In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule your class we will notify you by email and give you a 100% refund. 


Invoices for workshops that are not paid within 5 days will automatically be cancelled so that we may fill the workshop space.

Our policies are such so that we can continue to provide you with the best experience possible, so that we can reduce waste and most of all so that we can support our family. We thank you for your understanding!


Spaces are limited and many of our classes fill up quickly, we encourage you to join a waiting list for any classes marked 'SOLD OUT'.
